SNACK - Banana, Nuts & Choc Protein Shake

We start with a Banana; high in potasium, fibre and the Amino Acid - Triptophane.  Triptophan converts to seratonine which is the feel good chemical you have in your brain.   Almond, Brasil and Cashew nut Spread or ABC spread; almonds packed full of protein, Brasil nuts are very high in protein and selenium.  For extra flavour add cinamon.

25 grams of WPI - Whey Protein Isolate is one of the purest forms of Whey protein available.  If your a vegan, you can use P Protein Isolate.
